I create products and digital experiences.

At work

I thrive on digging into my clients’ aspirations and stumbling upon the hurdles they face. Through a mix of research, discovery, and ideation, I soak up insights to understand the nitty-gritty. Armed with this knowledge, I cook up high-fidelity wireframes that act as the map to tackle their goals. These wireframes then transform into visually enticing interfaces, often laced with subtle motion effects. But the real kicker? Prototyping and putting these designs to the test with real users to ensure they not only look good but hit the mark.

FAQ

How do you kickstart projects?

I kickstart projects by initiating a comprehensive discovery phase. This involves understanding client goals, user needs, and market dynamics. I conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, and competitive analysis to gather insights. From there, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, establish a solid UX strategy, and create a roadmap that aligns with both user expectations and business objectives.

How do you approach projects and what methodologies do you follow?

I approach projects with a user-centered design mindset and follow agile methodologies. My process includes understanding user needs, creating intuitive designs, and adapting to evolving project requirements.

What aspects of UX/UI design are your specialties?

My expertise encompasses customer experience, product and visual design, UX strategy, UI, agile methodologies, art direction, client-facing, and problem-solving.

Can you elaborate on your approach to user research and usability testing?

Absolutely. User research is a cornerstone of my design process. I begin by identifying target user demographics and behaviors. Through methods such as surveys, interviews, and observations, I gather valuable insights. Usability testing is equally crucial, involving the evaluation of prototypes or products with actual users. This iterative feedback loop ensures designs are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.

I have worked with a range of Startups and renowned companies, including IBM, BlackRock, EdenRed, Orange Telecom, Allianz Group, Bitdefender, and more.

Have you led any design internships or educational initiatives?

Yes, I have had the privilege of leading a design internship program, particularly noteworthy is the initiative conducted in collaboration with IBM. In this program, I mentored and guided six talented students from the University of Arts, providing them with hands-on experience in UX/UI design. The internship focused on real-world projects, fostering creativity and skill development among the next generation of designers.
I have not only led design internships but also played a pivotal role in the School in a Box education initiative. Specifically, I led the design approach for a real-life use case within this comprehensive project. School in a Box is a 360-degree approach to digital education, aiming to support rural teachers and students in developing their digital skills. My involvement included crafting a user-centric design strategy for the e-learning platform, ensuring accessibility and a seamless user experience for teachers and students. Additionally, I contributed to the design of the technological suitcase equipped with tablets and laptops, optimizing its usability in real-world educational settings. This initiative underscores my commitment to using design to make a positive impact on education and technology in communities.
